Strategic planning instrument managed by the Local Fisheries Action Group (GALP) Itsas Garapen Elkartea, recognised by the Basque Government and mainly financed by the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF). The EDLP is a strategic plan designed to promote sustainable development and economic diversification in fishing communities in the Basque Country. Its objective is to strengthen the fishing and aquaculture sector through the implementation of projects that foster innovation, sustainability and social cohesion.
